Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help! Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth returns process:
Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Items must be returned in their original condition:
Unworn and unwashed (trying on is fine).
All tags must remain attached.
For football shirts, this includes avoiding damage to prints or customisations.
Exclusions:
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customised items (e.g., shirts with printed names/numbers).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "final sale" unless they are faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for items that are returned in a condition different from when they were sent.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a store credit voucher. If you choose store
credit, we’ll include the cost of standard delivery for your next purchase.
Return Shipping
UK returns are free of charge.
International returns must be shipped at the buyer's expense. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Your return will be processed
within 10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
Holiday Returns
🎄 Purchases made between December
1st and December 31st can be returned until January 17th, giving you extra time over the holidays.
